How does the Magtrack vehicle tracker work?

Vehicle trackers use GPS (global positioning satellite) technology to transmit geo-location telematics data from your vehicle to our tracking software on desktop, mobile and app.
The Magtrack tracking device can be easily fitted into your personal or business vehicles or assets. The small and lightweight device can be installed in discreet places to reduce the chances of it being removed or tampered with. In most instances, it is impossible to tell that the vehicle is being tracked. The Magtrack is wireless so can easily be added or swapped between vehicles.

What happens when I press the HOLD TO RECOVER button on the app?

Our aim is to have the nearest operative securing your vehicle, anywhere in the UK within 1 hour of deployment. “Recovery” is defined as our recovery agents tracking down and physically locating the vehicle, and securing the vehicle in order that the rightful owner can make / arrange collection. As mentioned above, it is our aim to be making the vehicle secure anywhere in the UK within 1 hour of deployment, but rest assured, the one off recovery fee actually covers you for a full 24 hour vehicle hunt.

How much does vehicle tracking cost?

The cost for vehicle tracking is minimal compared to the rewards it yields. We offer affordable inclusive packages or hassle free subscription options. Hopefully you will never have to use the S.A.R.N recovery service but if you do there is a one off charge of £395 plus VAT to send out one of our agents.

Are the Units Transferable?

Don’t buy twice – If you decide to sell or change your machine/vehicle the Guardian Magtrack unit can be easily removed and refitted to your next vehicle.
